36. LALI BOOM
As she passed the last traffic light, Nina saw that someone was hitchhiking. She thought about picking him up for a moment because it would make her return trip more distracting, but given the late hours of the night, she was afraid that she might be dangerous. Nina saw herself five years earlier on her escapade with Nano. She slammed on the brakes and invited the surprised youthful woman to come upstairs.
